Hi, I'm Siobhan Griffin

Siobhan Griffin (M.Ed.) is a Health Studies Lecturer with a passion for helping people understand the science of wellbeing in a practical and accessible way.
Through 1:1 coaching and small group sessions, I create a supportive space to explore challenges like confidence, direction, habits, stress, and personal growth. My approach is honest, reflective, and action-focused — blending clarity with accountability so you can move forward with confidence rather than overwhelm.Whether you’re feeling stuck, in transition, or simply ready for change, the work is about helping you build a life that feels more intentional and aligned with who you are.The workshops I offer are uniquely curated, drawing on evidence-based tools from multiple areas of psychology to provide a well-rounded, practical approach to wellbeing.Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, it brings together strategies from different disciplines to help you better understand yourself and develop tools that work in real life.
